The current number of homes for sale in the area is very high, creating an ideal environment for you to receive the most home for your dollar.  As your agent, my focus will be on finding you the right home and negotiating the best possible terms at a price that gives you the best opportunity to make a sound investment.  

Having lived here for over 10 years, I’m very familiar with Pine Mountain Club and the surrounding communities and neighborhoods. I can tell you which properties receive more snow during the winter season, where the closest school bus stops are located, which homes offer the best views, and which homes are located adjacent to green belts and border the National Forest -- imagine having  access to 1.7 million acres of National Forest from your back yard.

I have a strong rapport with other real estate agents, escrow companies and contractors. You can count on me to work hard locating potential homes for you to view and I will keep you informed on anything taking place in the community that could impact your decision to buy a particular home.
